The Little Giants Bible Club
In areas where the only church offered to children is on an adult level and Sunday School is non-existent, there is an urgent need for children to experience God on their level. Our goal through the Little Giants Bible Clubs is to teach Biblical truths in a way the children understand and enjoy. Through puppets, skits, games, songs and dynamic teachings the children in rural Guatemala are learning who God is and what He has planned for them. What a rewarding experience to watch these children grow in their relationship with the Lord.
Children who attend regularly receive awards for attendance and good behavior. At the end of each month birthdays are celebrated and children are given a birthday bag full of goodies such as: shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, socks, and underwear. Celebrating birthdays means a lot to these underprivileged children. They know that birthday parties exist. They know that birthday cakes exist. They know that birthday presents exits. Public and Private Institutions
Our outreach team regularly goes into public schools, orphanages, jails, and drug/alcohol rehab centers to preach the gospel and teach Biblical morals and values. Through these activities alone we are able to reach well over 1000 children and youth on a monthly basis. Presenting Bible truths in a way that even non-Christians can grasp, we are sowing seeds of righteousness and establishing relationships that will allow us to continue to minister to these young people for years to come. As many give their lives to the Lord we are able to follow-up and help them begin their walk with the Lord.
Gideon’s Youth Discipleship
Some of our Little Giants are not so little anymore! Many of the children who started the program with us are now teenagers who are facing different challenges. ABA has started a twice monthly discipleship for youth where they will learn more in depth the Word of God and not only how to apply it but also how to reach others.
Our goal is to raise up an army of Gideons ready to fight the giants of religion, unbelief, poverty and witchcraft which is so prevalent in this region. Pray for our Gideons as they learn who they are in Christ.
Literacy Outreach Program
Poverty and a need to work at a Young age leave many Guatemalans without an education. Even basic skills such as reading and simple math are not attained. As a service to the community in which we are located and as a way to show the love of God in a tangible way, CCJ offers literacy classes free of charge to adults and children. Through the Literacy Outreach Program many have come to Christ.

Family Education
As important as it is to reach this generation for Jesus, it is equally important to reach the parents. If we want to see change really take place in the lives of Guatemala’s young people we must see changes take place in the home. In an effort to give parents the tools they need to establish Godly, loving homes ABA hosts a monthly Family Education class taught by ministers and local professionals. This class has both a spiritual and a practical application. Diplomas are handed out upon the completion of each year’s course.
